1. Terms of Return

All sales are generally considered final. Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or prior to the event date, whichever comes first.

2. State of Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Reasons for Return

Returns or refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Item received is damaged or defective
Incorrect item was provided
Duplicate transaction or billing error
Event cancellation by the organizer

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend an event.
